It combines a high-quality touchscreen display with advanced external recording capabilities, allowing compatible cameras to capture high-quality footage directly to supported SSD media.
The Ninja V features a 5.2-inch Full HD touchscreen display with a resolution of 1920 × 1080, providing a bright and detailed monitoring experience. Its HDR monitoring capabilities help cinematographers evaluate exposure, contrast, highlights, and shadows more accurately while shooting in challenging lighting conditions.
The recorder supports 4K HDMI input and recording, depending on the connected camera and recording format. It can record professional codecs such as Apple ProRes and Avid DNxHD/HR, making footage easier to integrate into professional editing workflows. The device also provides useful monitoring tools such as waveform, vectorscope, false color, focus peaking, zebras, and anamorphic de-squeeze.
With its compact form factor and multiple mounting options, the Ninja V can be mounted directly to cameras, cages, gimbals, rigs, and other production setups.
